Lin Blakley Property Management was first registered in 1985 but Lin herself had been in the business of Residential Letting and Management since 1979 when she started training with and later ran the letting department of Mays International for Surrey and Berkshire.
LBPM as it is now known, is a well established family owned company dealing with the letting and management of desirable properties for the corporate market looking for large family homes, estates, etc. and for individuals looking for quality apartments, townhouses and smaller homes. The majority of our let and managed properties range in price from £1,000.00 - £15,000.00 per calendar month and we deal directly with Relocation Agents, H.R Departments and Individuals either wishing to relocate from abroad or move locally for average periods of 6 months to 5 years.
As well as the letting side of our business, most of our properties are fully managed, which means that we are on-call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to handle any problems or emergencies our Tenants may have. We pride ourselves in resolving matters promptly including anything from a washing machine stopping 'mid-cycle' to blocked drains or burst pipes. Our Tenants have always been delighted with our services and are pleased to speak to a friendly and experienced member of our team, even if it is in the middle of the night on Christmas Day. Our Ladlords are also happy with the knowledge that their investment is in safe hands.
After a year of restoration, we moved into our new premises, a converted coach house in Chobham Surrey, at the beginning of 2000 which coincided with Lin's son-in-law Mark Whittle taking over as Managing Director and with the edition of extra experienced staff, many of whom have been local to our area for many years, LBPM have been in a position to take on a great deal of new business. We are however pleased to say that our unique personal service remains.
