LBPM General Area
‘A Little Piece of the Countryside’ best describes the main areas covered by LBPM. However, despite the fact of feeling as though you are in the middle of the country or residing in quaint villages, many of which date back 500 years or so, you are usually within 40 minutes of Waterloo London Station by train, a 15/20 minute drive to Heathrow Airport via the M25 and approximately a 40 minute drive into London via the M3, M4 or M25 motorways.
The main areas covered by LBPM are Ascot, Bagshot, Camberley, Chobham, Sunningdale, Sunninghill, Virginia Water & Wentworth, Windlesham and Windsor. As well as easy access to motorways, most of these towns and villages contain mainline stations.
Leisure plays a big part within the area, there are 3 world class Golf Clubs, all within a 2 mile radius; firstly Wentworth Golf Club which houses 3 golf courses, including the championship ‘West Course,’ the equally as prestigious Sunningdale Golf Course and the Berkshire Golf Course, as well as numerous public and private golf courses and clubs.
If golf is not quite what you are looking for, Leisure Centres, both private and public are in abundance. We are also extremely lucky to have the historic Windsor Castle (which is still the Queen’s favourite residence) and Ascot Racecourse is also a very big attraction both from a local and international scale, the most famous meeting being Royal Ascot, set over a week and attended by The Queen and other members of the royal family.
Schooling
The area covered by LBPM contains two main American/International Schools (TASIS, Thorpe Surrey/ACS, Egham Surrey) and the majority of our properties are on their main bus routes.
As well as these schools, there are numerous Private, Public, Comprehensive, Kindergarten, Junior and Senior British Schools.
