Lin Blakley Property Management was established in 1985 but Lin herself has been back in the business since 1979 when she started training with and later ran the letting department for Mays International. LBPM is now a well established privately owned company and boasts a very professional and personal service to all its Landlords and Tenants. They are solely a Residential Letting and Management company which means that 100% of their time is dedicated to the business. Areas Covered: Surrey/Berkshire areas including; Sunningdale, Sunninghill, Wentworth, Virginia Water, Windlesham, Chobham, Egham,Warfield, Knaphill and Ascot. For the past two years they have now started managing and letting properties in the exclusive SW London area. LBPM: Mainly deal directly with Relocation Agents which means that business comes directly from large multi-national companies wishing to relocate to certain areas for periods from 6 months to 5 years. The area of Surrey/Berkshire covered by LBPM, boasts two large American Schools with 'Bus Lines' located directly from most of their listed properties. Management: 99% of Lin Blakley Property Management's houses are fully-managed, which means that they are "on-call" 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to handle any problems or emergencies their Tenants may have. LBPM prides itself in resolving matters promptly including anything from a washing machine stopping 'mid-cycle' to blocked drains or burst pipes. Their Tenants have always been delighted with their services and are always pleased to speak to a friendly voice on the other end of the line. Our offices are open 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday, but we are 'on-call' to our fully managed properties 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. New Tenants are provided with a 'welcome pack' as soon as they move into their new home and are given our emergency contact numbers and the assurance of being able to speak to a familiar member of our staff within minutes whether it be midnight Christmas Eve or on a Bank Holiday.

How do we find suitable Tenants?

The majority of our tenancies are Company Lets and we find most of our Tenants from Relocation Agents who have been given the task of housing families, single professionals, couples etc., on a contract to the UK for periods between an average of 1-5 years. The Occupants can be looking for anything from a luxury 1-2 bedroom apartment on the river or a private complex to a large country property within extensive grounds or farmland. Obviously there are many other ways in which our private Tenants are able to find out about us, however we feel that the best way in which people find out about our services is by recommendation....
