We value properties for Landlords then market them accordingly through portals such as Right Move and Prime Location, as well as our own web site. We then locate potential Tenants through Relocation Agents, Human Resources Departments or individually and carry out all the necessary searches and referencing, draw up appropriate Tenancy Agreements, book the Inventory check in then if we are instructed to do so, will fully manage the tenancy 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, which is a speciality and very highly regarded.
We house individuals and professionals together with families relocating to the UK for periods of 6 months to 5 years. We can also find properties for shorter periods and special events. Our company is very established and our employees are dedicated to providing a professional service, they all live locally so are very knowledgeable when it comes to individuals and families who are unfamiliar with the area.
